BOOKING POLICY
APPOINTMENTS
Exact location will be sent 24 hours before appointment.
Your first email is a confirmation email.
Second email will be sent where you will receive the location 24 hours before your scheduled treatment.
PAYMENTS
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 30% of your service, is required to secure your appointment.
Deposit is ONLY refundable if service provider cancels appointment.
The final balance on the day must be settled in CASH.
CANCELLATION
If for any reason you need to cancel, we'll be happy to move your booking fee across to your new appointment, only if we've have been given 48 hours notice.
If less than 48 hours, a new booking will need to be made & you'll lose your deposit.
LATE ARRIVALS
10 MINS GRACE PERIOD
10-15 MINS LATE = £5 LATE FEE
15 MINS LATE = CANCELLED APPOINTMENT
(depending on our availability we may accept your lateness
and you will be required to pay an additional £20.)
NO SHOW = 100% FEE FROM SERVICE + BAN
